Growing up in Somerset as an active individual, Beth moved to London in 2014 to study dance in search of a career she truly cherished. After years of recurring injury, she decided it was finally time to learn to properly look after her body, landing herself with a passion for health and fitness.

Post graduating from Middlesex University with a BA (hons) in Dance Studies, Beth went on to gain a Level 5 Diploma in Sports Nutrition from the Health Sciences Academy alongside a Level 3 Personal Training Qualification from The Gym Academy with the hopes of motivating, inspiring and educating like-minded individuals. As a trained dancer, Beth knows exactly what it takes to push the body to its limits, understanding that a more in-depth knowledge of the body through a Level 5 Sports and Remedial Massage Diploma with The North London School of Sports Massage would a valuable avenue to pursue. Beth now uses the experiences gained through each of these qualifications to enhance her Personal Training services, enabling her to rehabilitate and better prevent injury.

Beth continuously works on her personal and professional development so that she can fully support her clients through each of their individual journeys. Over the following months, Beth will be undertaking her pre and post-natal fitness qualifications in an effort to provide outstanding, ongoing service to current and future clients.

Acting as your full-time coach, I want to help you become the best you can be by providing you with the motivation, inspiration and educational support you need.

I am a qualified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Advisor, Trained Dancer and Sports and Remedial Massage Therapist who works incredibly hard to provide opportunities for my clients to learn, grow and expand by prioritising their health and fitness.

With options to train 1-1, online, in groups, inside and/or outside of a gym environment; your journey is my journey. 

Unlike many trainers, I truly believe that aesthetics are not everything.

As much as looking good sounds great, a bigger priority in my coaching technique is to help my clients feel strong, powerful and confident. Whilst you may feel as though losing fat, building muscle and generally getting fitter to reach an aesthetic goal is the way to reach peak happiness, I want you to achieve more. I work with my clients on building healthy and sustainable habits to increase productivity, positivity and confidence.
