About Beth
Growing up in Somerset as an active individual, Beth moved to London in 2014 to study dance in search of a career she truly cherished. After years of reoccurring injury and never feeling good enough for the dance industry, she decided it was finally time to take a new path and ended up in the health and fitness industry.

After graduating from Middlesex University with a BA (hons) in Dance Studies, Beth went on to gain a Level 5 Diploma in Sports Nutrition from the Health Sciences Academy. She then went on to complete a Level 3 Personal Training Qualification with The Gym Academy having hopes of motivating other like-minded women to take control of their health and happiness.
As a trained dancer, Beth knows exactly what it takes to effectively prepare your mind and body for optimal physical and mental health. In 2018, Beth undertook a Level 5 Sports and Remedial Massage Diploma with The North London School of Sports Massage to deepen her knowledge of human anatomy and biomechanics, ensuring her clients were always training safely and appropriately for their bodies.
Realising that her client base was predominantly female, Beth then undertook a Women's Fitness Specialisation Training Certification with the NASM in the early summer of 2020. Beth now uses the experiences gained through each of these qualifications to enhance each of the in-person and online services that she provides.

Acting as either your online fitness coach or personal trainer, I want to help you become the best that you can be. I will provide you with the motivation, inspiration and educational support necessary for success.

I am a qualified Women's Specialised Personal Trainer, Sports Nutrition Advisor and Sports and Remedial Massage Therapist. I am also a trained dancer and an experienced competitive powerlifter, working incredibly hard to provide the best opportunities for my clients to learn, grow and expand by prioritising their health and fitness.

Unlike many trainers, I truly believe that aesthetics are not everything. As much as looking good sounds great, a bigger priority in my coaching technique is to help my clients feel strong, powerful and confident. Whilst you may feel as though losing fat, building muscle and generally getting fitter to reach an aesthetic goal is the way to reach peak happiness, I want you to achieve more than that. I work with my clients on building healthy and sustainable habits to increase productivity, positivity and confidence.
