A weights based fitness class for anyone wanting to lose weight, build muscle/strength and get fit in a fun and friendly atmosphere. This class will use a range of weights, in a circuit format to help you get the most out of your fitness whilst building strength and technique with the three key barbell movements: squat, deadlift, bench press. All classes are full-body sessions (focusing on one lift) with a warm-up, core training, main workout, metcon finisher and a cool down.
