Can I delay my start date?

Yes, you may delay the start date by up to 2-months from the date of purchase.

Can I buy any of the packages as a gift?
Yes, purchase the plan and write the recipient's details in the 'notes' section at checkout. If you'd like to discuss this further, email beth@bethlavisfitness.com.

 

How do I know if online coaching is for me?

If you're unsure, that's ok. Email beth@bethlavisfitness.com and I'll organise a short call to answer all of your questions.

 

If I buy online coaching, can I get a refund if I don't like the service?
I am 100% confident in my service, so if you decide that coaching is not for you within the first 7 days of your package start date you can request a full refund, no questions asked.

Do I need to have a gym membership or access to gym equipment to get the most out of online coaching?
Not necessarily, you can still get a great workout by using everyday items found around your house. If this is something you're unsure about, get in touch so that we can discuss your goals in more detail.

Do I need to track my nutrition/food?
No. The best part of online coaching is that it's personally targeted to your goals and your lifestyle. Although I specialise in the 'if it fits your macros' (IIFYM) approach to nutrition, it isn't the only way to get results. You don't have to do anything you don't want to do, we'll work together to find the most appropriate approach for you.

 

I'm a complete beginner, is online coaching appropriate for me?
You do not need to have any experience to enrol in any of my packages.

Can I pause my membership at any time?
Yes, you may pause your membership once, for a maximum of 1 month (must be taken in one block), during each 12-month period.

Personal Training

Where are you based?

Gym-based Personal Training takes place at a private personal training studio between Old Street and Angel called YourPTHub. If you'd like to get in touch about home/online personal training or personal training to take place at your apartment/work gym, please email beth@bethlavisfitness for more information.

Can I purchase Personal Training sessions as a gift?
Yes, please email beth@bethlavisfitness.com for more information.

Can I get a refund on my Personal Training sessions?
Unfortunately, no. As these are paid in blocks, Personal Training sessions are non-refundable.

Do I need to have a gym membership to train with you at YourPTHub?
No, you do not need to pay anything outside of the session fee.

Do you offer nutrition guidance as a part of your personal training packages?
I offer two forms of Personal Training; just Personal Training and Hybrid Coaching. If you opt for the first option, although you do not receive nutrition coaching, you are free to ask me as many questions during our session as you like. If you opt for the hybrid option, you will receive full nutrition coaching, personalised programming and weekly check-ins (amongst other things).

 

I'm a complete beginner, is Personal Training appropriate for me?
You do not need to have any experience to enrol in any of my packages. If anything, Personal Training is perfect for you as a beginner. If you're still unsure, please email to beth@bethlavisfitness.com and I'll organise a short call to answer all of your questions.

Do Personal Training sessions expire?
Yes, this will be agreed upon with you at the time of purchase. If you're unsure about when your sessions expire, please contact Beth.
