Online Fitness Coaching

Can I delay my start date?

Yes, you may delay the start date by up to 2-months from the date of purchase.

Can I buy any of the packages as a gift?
Yes, purchase the plan as usual and write the recipients details in the 'notes' section at checkout. If you'd like to discuss this further, send an email to Beth@bethlavisfitness.com.

 

How do I know if online coaching is for me?

If you're unsure, that's ok. Send an email to Beth@bethlavisfitness.com and we'll organise a short call to discuss your concerns.

 

If I buy a 6-month or annual package, can I get a refund if I don't like the service?
I am 100% confident in my service, so if you decide that coaching is not for you within the first 14 days of your package start date you can request a full refund, no questions asked.

Do I need to have a gym membership or access to gym equipment to get the most out of online coaching?
No, you do not. In fact, I have clients (who still get great results) who do not participate in 'work outs' at all.

Do I need to track my nutrition/food?
No. The best part of online coaching is that it is personally targeted to your goals and lifestyle. Although I specialise in the 'If it fits your macros' (IIFYM) approach to nutrition, it isn't the only way to get results. If you don't want to do something, you won't have to.

 

I'm a complete beginner, is online coaching appropriate for me?
You do not need to have any experience to enrol in my online coaching. If you're still unsure, send an email to Beth@bethlavisfitness.com and we'll organise a short call to discuss your concerns.

Can I pause my membership at any time?
Yes, you may pause your membership once, for a maximum of 1 month (must be taken in one block), during each 12-month period.

Personal Training

Where are you based?

Gym-based Personal Training takes place in Shoreditch, London at a private gym called Solo60. All other Personal Training services vary from South East London to East London. If you're interested in hearing more, please get in touch via email to beth@bethlavisfitness.com.

Can I purchase Personal Training sessions as a gift?
Yes, please email Beth at beth@bethlavisfitness.com for more information.

Can I get a refund on my Personal Training sessions?
Unfortunately, no. Personal Training sessions are non-refundable.

Do I need to have a gym membership to train with you at Solo60?
No, you do not need to pay anything outside of the session fee. You will however need to download and register for the Solo60 app to accept the session.

Do you offer nutrition guidance as a part of your personal training packages?
I offer two forms of Personal Training; just Personal Training and Hybrid Coaching. If you opt for the first option, although you do not recieve nutrition coaching, you are free to ask me as many questions during our session as you like. If you opt for the hybrid option, you will receive full nutrition coaching, personalised programming and weekly check-ins (amongst other things).

 

I'm a complete beginner, is Personal Training appropriate for me?
You do not need to have any experience to enrol onto any of my services, if anything, Personal Training is perfect for you as a beginner. If you're still unsure, send an email to Beth@bethlavisfitness.com and we'll organise a short call to discuss your concerns.

Do Personal Training sessions expire?
Yes, this will be agreed with you at the time of purchase. If you're unsure about when your sessions expire, please contact your coach.
