Can I delay my start date?
Yes, you may delay the start date by up to 2-months from the date of purchase.
Can I buy any of the packages as a gift?
Yes, purchase the plan as usual and write the recipients details in the 'notes' section at checkout. If you'd like to discuss this further, send an email to Beth@bethlavisfitness.com.
How do I know if online coaching is for me?
If you're unsure, that's ok. Send an email to and we'll organise a short call to discuss your concerns.
If I buy a 6-month or annual package, can I get a refund if I don't like the service?
I am 100% confident in my service, so if you decide that coaching is not for you within the first 30 days of your package start date you can request a full refund, no questions asked.
Do I need to have a gym membership or access to gym equipment to get the most out of online coaching?
No, you do not. In fact, I have clients (who still get great results) who do not work out at all.
Do I need to track my nutrition/food?
No. The best part of online coaching is that it is personally targeted to your goals and lifestyle. If you don't want to do something, you won't have to.
I'm a complete beginner, is online coaching appropriate for me?
You do not need to have any experience to enrol in my online coaching. If you're still unsure, send an email to and we'll organise a short call to discuss your concerns.
Can I pause my membership at any time?
Yes, you may pause your membership once, for a maximum of 1-month (must be taken in one block), during each 12-month period.
Where are you based?
Gym-based Personal Training takes place in Shoreditch, London at a private gym called Solo60. All other Personal Training services vary from South East London to East London. If you're interested in hearing more, please get in touch via email to email@example.com.
Can I purchase personal training sessions as a gift?

Can I get a refund on my personal training sessions?
Unfortunately, no. Personal training sessions are non-refundable.
Do I need to have a gym membership to train with you at Solo60?
No, you do not need to pay anything outside of the session fee. You will however need to download and register for the Solo60 app to accept the session.
Do you offer nutrition guidance as a part of your personal training packages?
You are free to ask as many questions as you like during your scheduled session and Beth will answer as honestly as she can. If you'd like to look more in-depth at nutrition, this can be purchased as an add-on to your sessions in the form on online fitness coaching.
