Who's it for?

Online Coaching is a great alternative to Personal Training if:


- maybe you can't afford in-person sessions as regularly as needed,

- maybe you don't have the time to schedule your sessions with a trainer in advance,

- or maybe you want to work with me but are positioned too far away to make in-person sessions,

- or maybe you feel confident enough in the gym but just need a little guidance and accountability to keep you going.

What do I offer?


With years of in-person Personal Training experience, combined with almost a lifetime in sport my online coaching packages offer everything you need to be successful in your fitness goals.

My most popular package is Hybrid Coaching, which combines online coaching with one in-person session per month to help you get the best out of your efforts.


When you choose online coaching with Beth, you get:

- Personalised programming with weekly updates to ensure you're progressing week to week.

- A personalised mobile app to view your workouts, watch exercise demonstrations, log your workouts and track your progress. This app also syncs with fitness watches and connects with food-tracking apps so that you can view all of your data in one handy place.

- Weekly check-ins with feedback on your workout videos to stay on top of your progress. 

- Unlimited support via WhatsApp within my working hours (6 days a week).
