Terms and Conditions

This page sets out the agreement between the client (you) and the coach (Beth Lavis).


By entering into a coaching agreement with Beth Lavis Fitness, you agree to the following: 


Cancellation policy for Personal Training and Group Lifting sessions:

  • All sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, will be charged in full.

  • You may reschedule sessions providing that you give 24 hours notice and that the rescheduled date is within your package agreed timeframe. Sessions with less than 24 hours notice will not qualify for rescheduling and will be charged in full.

  • If you are late, you understand that your session will be charged in full but shortened. If you have not been in contact 10-minutes after the agreed start time, your session may be cancelled and charged in full.

  • You agree to use all sessions within the individually agreed time frame.

  • Advanced payments on Personal Training sessions cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

  • You agree that to the best of your knowledge, all medical information provided via the PAR-Q and Injury Declaration forms are true.

  • You understand that it is your responsibility, as the client, to make the coach aware of any injuries, illnesses, discomforts or other ailments that occur - either from training or otherwise - immediately.

  • You accept that your results are not guaranteed and are dependent on the effort and participation of yourself in combination with following advice given by the coach.

Referral scheme

  • For every new client that you refer to Beth Lavis Fitness, you will be entitled to 10% of their first payment, off of your next package.
