Terms and Conditions

This page sets out the agreement between the client (you) and the coach (Beth Lavis).


By entering into a coaching agreement (by submitting the relevant google form) with Beth Lavis Fitness, you agree to the following: 


  • Cancellation policy -
    Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 5 hours before your session will be charged in full.

  • If you are late, you understand that your session will be charged in full but shortened. If you have not been in contact 10-minutes after the agreed start time, the coach has the right to cancel the session and charge in full.

  • You agree to use all sessions within the individually agreed time frame.

  • You agree that to the best of your knowledge, all medical information provided via the PAR-Q and Injury Declaration forms are true.

  • You understand that it is your responsibility, as the client, to make the coach aware of any injuries, illnesses, discomforts or other ailments that occur - either from training or otherwise - immediately.

  • You accept that your results are not guaranteed and are dependent on the effort and participation of yourself in combination with following advice given by the coach.

  • Referral scheme -
    For every new client that you refer to the coach, you will be entitled to 10% of their first payment, off of your next package.
