In 2017, Beth qualified from the Health Sciences Academy with a Level 5 Sports and Exercise Nutritional Advisor diploma. Today, Beth uses the knowledge and expertise gained from this course to educate her clients on fueling their bodies and restoring healthy relationships with food.

In 2023, Beth qualified as a Certified Pre- & Postnatal Coach with the Girls Gone Strong Academy. Beth feels strongly about empowering her pregnant and postnatal clients to take care of their bodies properly at this significant time of their lives.

In 2019, Beth qualified from the North London School of Sports Massage (NLSSM) as a Level 5 Sports and Remedial Massage Therapist. Today, Beth uses the knowledge and experience from this course to better her practice as a Personal Trainer and Online Coach, ensuring her clients are looking after their bodies and performing movement in the most safe and effective manner possible.

Over the years, Beth has gained various training qualifications with Active IQ, the highest being her Level 3 Personal Trainer certification which she gained after studying with The Gym Academy in London. This qualification enables Beth to work with individuals all over the UK, educating her clients to learn and understand more about their bodies each day.

In 2020, Beth completed an additional Nutrition course held by one of the worlds leading sports nutrition brands, Optimum Nutrition. This course refreshed Beth's credentials in sports and exercise nutrition, driving her motivation to help individuals understand how to appropriately fuel their bodies even further.

Beth recently studied with the NASM to further her knowledge in training with women. After years in the fitness industry, Beth has decided that she would like to specialise in female health and fitness. In September 2020, she completed her Women's Specialisation Training certificate.
